International Relations Round Table

This is a special meeting with Steven Pifer, former Ambassador to Ukraine and Director of the Arms Control and Non-Proliferation Initiative. He is a Senior Fellow with the Center for 21st Century Security and Intelligence and the Center on the United States and Europe at the Brookings Institution.
